Mr. Suresh Garg
Founder & MD
Mr. Suresh Garg laid the foundation of Zeon Lifesciences with a Vision- ‘A Promise of Good Health’. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, dairy products, healthcare, and nutraceuticals. Under his leadership, Zeon has become a pioneer in contract manufacturing for nutraceuticals and herbal goods. Mr. Garg is guiding the organization to heights above and beyond the horizon with his tremendous business acumen. Owing to his passion and ability to thrive in a variety of sociocultural environments, Zeon has entered international markets.
Ms. Rani Garg
Director
Ms. Rani Garg has been associated with Zeon as a Whole-Time Director and has been instrumental in helping the organization progress towards the vision of transforming innovations, adding value to the society showcasing equality at the workplace. She married Mr. Suresh Garg, who had just started his own business, Zeon Lifesciences, in 1987. At the time, it was a small contract manufacturing and private labeling business. Together they worked towards taking Zeon to new heights of success. Her insight into character has led to her expertise in the areas of human resources and business development, which she has accumulated over several years. She has also represented the company in both public and private corporations as well as at international forums.
Ms. Yashna Garg
CMO
Yashna Garg is a young and dynamic Indian Entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the nutraceutical industry with her background in interior design. Originally from Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, Yashna pursued her passion for design by attending prestigious institutions like Pearl Academy and Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta.
With her design expertise and international outlook, she brings in a dynamic approach in marketing. Her attitude towards consistent growth and her expertise proved valuable to Zeon Lifesciences Ltd, where she initially joined as a Design Consultant and took over company’s design operations which reduced the turnaround time for artwork delivery and improved the design structure in all areas of the company‘s branding.
Her outstanding achievements and contributions ultimately led to her appointment as the CMO of Zeon and she founded the home-grown brand of healthcare supplements, Zeonutra.
Under her leadership, Zeon achieved several awards, including being recognized as a “Great Place to Work” certified organization.
Her strategic approach to expanding Zeon’s reach on digital and social media platforms is centered around educating and informing people about the importance of nutraceuticals and their positive impact on overall health and wellness. Through this approach, she hopes to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately, growth for the brand.
Dr. Vivek Srivastav
Senior Vice President, Innovation, Business Strategy & Scientific Affairs
Dr. Vivek has been working in the field of nutrition and alternative medicine for about 15 years. He has held high-level positions in different companies, such as Vice President of R&D and Operations at Esperer Nutrition, and Director of Enteral Nutrition Development Center (North East South East Asia) at Fresenius Kabi.
Dr. Vivek has a background in alternative medicine, having earned a Master’s degree with a specialization in herbals and phytonutrients, as well as a Doctorate in phytonutrients. He is passionate about innovative research, product development, and creating practical products based on scientific evidence in the field of health and wellness. He has successfully developed more than 75 formulations. His expertise is in the research and development of nutraceuticals, clinical nutrition, and herbals. However, in recent years, there has been a shift towards holistic nutrition and Dr. Vivek has become involved in this field.
With more than 30 articles published, Dr. Vivek has built a strong network, talent pool, and resources in the field of nutrition and herbal therapeutics. He has also made significant contributions to the techno-commercial sphere, particularly in business strategy and development.
As a steering member of the Medical Nutrition Industry (MNI), Dr. Vivek has played a key role in working with the food industry to implement and harmonize food regulations.
Dr. Girish Kr Gupta
Senior General Manager Research & Development
Dr. Girish holds over 19 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical / Phytopharmaceutical / Nutraceutical industry with deep understanding of Formulation Development for ANDA / NDA / FSSAI submissions, Formulation R&D and efficacy/bioequivalence, regulatory guidelines for product development/project management for regulated/semi-regulated/domestic markets
He has successfully managed a group of formulation and analytical research scientists for tactical activities related to FRD, Nutraceuticals/Dietary supplements and strategies their planning and timely execution. He has a strong leaning towards New product development, strategic planning and technology commercialization.
Dr. Girish works closely with the commercial / cross-functional team to provide end-to-end solutions and is responsible for protocol development, designing of formulation, formulation optimization, process optimization, process validation and technology transfer for the developed formulation.
He also provides strategic input in the product development briefs on the technical feasibility, competition benchmarking options of third manufacturing sites, available technologies, opportunities relevant for the introduction of new products/packaging introduction.

He is a veteran in ethics and compliances, supply chain management and strategic partnership and alliances. He has gained diverse experience in sectors such as F&B, chocolates, nutrition, and therapeutics while working for prestigious organizations like Cremica, GSK, M&M Chocolates, Herbalife, Nuflower Foods, and Phoenix. Prior to joining Zeon, he had been associated with AB Mauri.
Mr. Raja’s rich industry experience and expertise have enabled him to lead various teams and drive significant improvements in manufacturing and supply chain operations. His unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has resulted in long-term strategic partnerships with various clients.
Mr. Vinod Sharma
