Mr. Suresh Garg laid the foundation of Zeon Lifesciences with a Vision- ‘A Promise of Good Health’. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, dairy products, healthcare, and nutraceuticals. Under his leadership, Zeon has become a pioneer in contract manufacturing for nutraceuticals and herbal goods. Mr. Garg is guiding the organization to heights above and beyond the horizon with his tremendous business acumen. Owing to his passion and ability to thrive in a variety of sociocultural environments, Zeon has entered international markets.
Ms. Rani Garg has been associated with Zeon as a Whole-Time Director and has been instrumental in helping the organization progress towards the vision of transforming innovations, adding value to the society showcasing equality at the workplace. She married Mr. Suresh Garg, who had just started his own business, Zeon Lifesciences, in 1987. At the time, it was a small contract manufacturing and private labeling business. Together they worked towards taking Zeon to new heights of success. Her insight into character has led to her expertise in the areas of human resources and business development, which she has accumulated over several years. She has also represented the company in both public and private corporations as well as at international forums.
Yashna Garg is a young and dynamic Indian Entrepreneur who has made a name for herself in the nutraceutical industry with her background in interior design. Originally from Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, Yashna pursued her passion for design by attending prestigious institutions like Pearl Academy and Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta. With her design expertise and international outlook, she brings in a dynamic approach in marketing. Her attitude towards consistent growth and her expertise proved valuable to Zeon Lifesciences Ltd, where she initially joined as a Design Consultant and took over company’s design operations which reduced the turnaround time for artwork delivery and improved the design structure in all areas of the company‘s branding.
Mr. G.K. Sharma has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held senior technical leadership roles at renowned companies such as Mylan and Ranbaxy. His expertise lies in optimizing manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on fermentation-based APIs and sterile injectables. He possesses in-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including FDA, WHO, and ANVISA, and has successfully led teams through audits, process validations, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Mr. Sharma is also known for his ability to incubate and implement advanced technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. His core strengths include streamlining operations, ensuring quality excellence, and fostering innovation to support high-performing, science-driven solutions in health and wellness.
Pradip Kundu, with 25+ years of global experience, heads Quality at Zeon Lifesciences. Previously with Dabur, PepsiCo, and IFFCO UAE, he has led QA/QC across FMCG, nutraceuticals, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Skilled in regulatory compliance (USFDA, FSSAI, GCC, SASO, BIS, Ayush), FSSC, HACCP, ISO, and vendor audits, he ensures worldclass standards. His expertise spans new product development, hygiene, audits, and training, driving Zeon’s commitment to quality and consumer trust.
Nihar, with 23+ years of experience, leads operations across multi-dosage facilities for regulated markets. Currently VP Operations at Zeon, he has held leadership roles at Marksans, Mankind, and Innova Captab. His expertise spans OSDs, soft gels, TDDS, warehousing, plant administration, and audits (USFDA, MHRA, TGA, EU GMP). Renowned for boosting productivity and compliance, Nihar blends technical depth with strategic leadership, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Dr. Satish Singh brings 18+ years of expertise in global regulatory compliance, corporate quality assurance, and QMS across nutraceuticals, FMCG, cosmetics, and Ayurveda. With a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, he has managed domestic and international audits, dossier preparation, product registrations, and overseas regulatory liaisons. Experienced with USFDA, European, and global standards, he ensures Zeon’s products meet stringent quality, safety, and compliance benchmarks, strengthening the company ’s worldwide market readiness
With 16 years of diverse QA experience, Lal Shikhar Singh has led quality functions across sterile and non-sterile dosage forms, greenfield and brownfield projects, and global regulatory environments. Skilled in qualification, validation, risk assessment, and audit readiness, he has managed compliance with USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and WHO standards. At Zeon, he drives QMS implementation, CAPA systems, and inspection readiness, ensuring continuous quality excellence and regulatory compliance.
Sandip Patil, with nearly 20 years of quality leadership in top pharmaceutical companies (Cipla, Lupin, Glenmark, Zydus), now heads Site QA at Zeon Lifesciences. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, QMS development, remediation, and audits across USFDA, EU, and global standards. Skilled in SOP design, process validation, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization, he ensures operational excellence. Sandip’s strong leadership balances compliance rigor with employee empowerment.
With 26+ years of experience in QA/QC TR Goswami leads quality operations at Zeon Lifesciences. He specializes in analytical method validation, stability studies, QMS implementation, and global regulatory compliance (FDA, WHO-GMP, NSF, FSSAI, NABL, AYUSH Premium). Skilled in audits, CAPA, and risk management, he has successfully handled projects for major clients like Nestlé, GSK, and Himalaya, ensuring Zeon’s commitment to worldclass quality standards.
With 17 years of experience, Pramod has developed and commercialized 500+ nutraceutical and herbal products across global markets. At Zeon, he leads F&D, driving innovation in multivitamins, minerals, powders, capsules, syrups, and diskettes. Skilled in stability studies, technology transfer, vendor development, and regulatory compliance, he ensures smooth product launches. His expertise in spray drying and formulation technologies strengthens Zeon’s pipeline of science-backed health solutions.
With 25+ years of HR leadership, Sanjay Shahi brings deep expertise in talent management, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce planning. Currently DGM–HR at Zeon Lifesciences, he has successfully managed large blue- and white-collar teams, driving PMS implementation, employee engagement, and cost optimization. Previously with Akums, Hema Engineering, and Danblock, he is known for fostering IR harmony, executing HR strategies, and liaising with government authorities.
